Q: How big are your sites?
A: Approximately 40' x 60' We can easily accommodate large trailers and motorhomes.
Q: How far are the sites from the stalls - paddocks?
A: Within walking distance.
Q: Do you have trees?
A: Yes. Although there are trees on the property not all sites or paddocks have shade.
Q: How do I make reservations?
A: Give us a call 352-669-7111 or 352-707-7056
Q: Do you have grills?
A: A few - Each villa and park model have their own. Public use grills are located by outdoor arena and gazebo area.
Q: Are all your sites full hook up?
A: Yes, all sites offer water, sewer and electric hook ups, 30 and some with 50 amp. Choose your site according to your requirements. Tent sites only offer water and electric (110V)
Q: What is your cancellation/refund policy?
A: A one night stay will be held on all daily reservations - a one week stay will be held for all weekly reservations - a one month stay will be held for all monthly/long-term stays.
Q: What am I responsible for when I bring horses?
A: Feeding, watering, and cleaning stalls and paddocks. We will dispose of manure. Please bring your own feed, water, muck buckets as well as feed/hay.
Q: Does each site have a picnic table?
A: Yes.
Q: Do I have to have a stall - paddock for horses?
A: Yes and all horses must be in a stall or paddock at night.
Q: Do we offer hay, feed and shavings?
A: No, but there are many places nearby that do.

Q: Do you have cable TV?
A: Not at this time, but we do have Wi Fi.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, we are pet friendly however all dogs MUST be kept leashed except in designated dog parks. Waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Poop bags are found in both dog parks to assist you with clean up. There is a non-refundable pet deposit per pet for villa or park model reservations.
Q: Do you have events there?
A: Scheduled clinics, monthly potlucks, and movie nights in our outdoor arena - but for the most part, our guests entertain themselves.
Q: Do you have laundry facilities on site?
A: Yes, but its not free.
Q: How far are you from Ocala?
A: About 30 minutes depending on where you are wanting to go in Ocala.
Q: Are fires allowed?
A: Yes, fire rings available on each site. Unattended fires are not permitted.
Q: Is alcohol allowed?
A: Of course, we want you to have fun. Don't get too crazy though.
Q: Do you have wheelbarrows for us to use?
A: We offer manure buckets at each paddock, but bring your own manure fork.
Q: Can we bring our own hay?
A: Yes please do.
Q: What do we need to bring our horses to Florida?
A: A Health certificate for when you MUST stop at the AG station along with current coggins, which we will require you email the office prior to bringing your horses on property. May want to ask your vet, as they will be up to date on certain requirements needed to travel.
Q: Does the bathhouse have a shower?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I put up my own panel paddocks or make my own paddocks?
A: No.
Q: Are your sites level?
A: Most sites are fairly level, bring leveling blocks just in case.
Q: Do you have snakes and alligators?
A: Yes, it is Florida so that is to be expected...but the likelihood of a close encounter is not common.
Q: Where can I get propane?
A: There are places close by that refills propane bottles.
Q: What about bugs?
A: Mosquitos, flies, gnats, etc...again, it's Florida - Bring your bug spray or buy some in our office store.
Q: Do we sell firewood?
A: Yes
Q: Do we sell ice?
A: Not at this time.
Q: Where is my site?
A: You will be greeted upon arriving and shown to your site... visit our map to see a layout.
​Q: Do have rental horses?
​A: No, all of the horses on property are owned by campers. There are riding establishments nearby.
Q: Do you allow tent camping?
​A: Yes, but limited
Q: What do I do for mail?
​A: You can get a PO box in Altoona and packages can be delivered here to the office and picked up.
